Our approach to wine;

These lands produced the first wines of the world. The sun, the wind and the rain in these lands helped transform these Anatolian grapes in to wine which found their aromas, tannins and character in the local winemakers vineyards.

In Babil Wine House we wanted to rejuvenate the Anatolian grapes which were almost forgotten therefore our selection consists of only local boutique wine producers. Sıdalan, Çavuş, Öküzgözü, Narince, Emir, Acıkara, Çal Karası, Kalecik Karası, Urla Karası, Boğazkere, Karalahna, Yapıncak, Karasakız, Adakarası, Misket, Papaskarası, Hasandede, Kösetevek, Mazrona, Kerküş, Aküzüm, Sultaniye, Barburi, Göküzüm, Tilki Kuyruğu, Fersun, Ten Göynek, Karaoğlan, Merzifon Karası, Patkara, Foça Karası, Selvi Karası, Çatal Karası, Kınalı Yapıncak, Vasilaki, Hüyük Ak Üzüm are among few of the grapes that you can taste in our menu.
