Which drinks are chargeable and which are free at the facility?
Complimentary beverages include tea, herbal teas, Nescafe, and water from the in-room complimentary beverage sets. Blackberry juice served during breakfast and unlimited tea throughout breakfast are also complimentary. All beverages not listed above are subject to a charge. Specifically, water consumed with meals and water consumed with raki (Turkish aniseed spirit) will be charged extra.
If dining services are available, which dishes stand out?

Our restaurant, Barburi, offers à la carte service. The menu mainly features meat-based specialties.
Is the property suitable for guests with disabilities?
No, it is not suitable for guests with disabilities. The hotel is located on a terraced landscape and there are many stairs in the garden area.
What is your child policy?
We accept children and infants. Only our Superior rooms are suitable for guests with children.
What are the standout amenities offered at the property?
All rooms feature a fireplace. Except for Standard rooms, all rooms also include a jacuzzi. Our King Suite and Queen rooms additionally offer a Turkish bath and sauna in the bathroom. Guests can enjoy a garden outdoor swimming pool, and free use of canoes, pedal boats, and rowboats on the river.

When is the best time to visit your region and why?
Summer is ideal for the river, sea, and pool; spring and autumn are perfect for experiencing nature; winter is best for enjoying the fireplace and wine.
What are the most unique things guests should know about the region?
The area is home to two rare rivers in Turkey: Göksu and Yeşilçay. Although their flow rate is low, they are very wide and deep, making them ideal for boat tours, pedal boats, fishing, canoeing, and rowing. The road to Ağva passes through the untouched Northern Marmara Forests, creating stunning views especially in spring and autumn. The “11 Lakes Valley” is notable for its waterfalls and lakes.
What activities are recommended in the area?
Kilimli walking trail, canyoning at Hacıllı 11 Lakes Valley, pedal boating on the river, fishing, Gürlek Cave (a wet cave used as a prison during the Byzantine era), walks along endless sandy beaches, and the Byzantine-era watchtower in Kalemköy.
Are there any nightlife or bar recommendations for younger (and young-at-heart) guests?
At our hotel's "Babylon Wine House" (on the pier during the summer, in the lobby during the winter), enjoy a nightly wine journey with Tolga Çelik's guitar every evening (except Mondays).

Yes, free and secure parking is available within the hotel premises.
What food and beverage options are available on-site?
Our kitchen serves guests daily from 08:30 to 22:30. We start the day with a rich breakfast featuring local products. Afterwards, our à la carte menu offers snacks, salads, main courses, and desserts.
Are there workspaces or meeting facilities available?
Yes, we host corporate guests in our fully equipped, spacious meeting room with high ceilings and river views.
Are there areas available for weddings or special events?
Our hotel has 13 rooms and a restaurant capacity of 50 people. Within these limits, we host small events. Loud music is not allowed in outdoor areas to avoid disturbing neighbors and nature.
Are there dedicated spaces for yoga, pilates, or breathing therapy groups?
Yes. Our meeting room has no columns and can be arranged for yoga, pilates, and breathing therapy by removing tables and chairs. The room size is 45 m².
What is your pet policy? Is there an extra charge? Are there weight or breed restrictions? Can pets access common areas?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Unfortunately, late check-out is not available. Early check-in may be possible depending on availability.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?
Yes, a 35% - % 50 prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. Different policies may apply on special dates.
Are there special benefits for group reservations?
Yes, we offer special rates and advantages for meeting groups, as well as workshops and activities.
Is daily housekeeping provided?
Yes, daily housekeeping is available. For guests staying multiple nights, towels are changed daily, trash is collected, and welcome amenities are replenished. Full room cleaning with bed linen changes is done every two days.
What bed options are available (single, double, extra bed)?
Some rooms have double beds, while others have separable twin beds with a special mattress topper that prevents discomfort. Superior rooms include sofa beds and can also accommodate extra beds.
Are family rooms or connecting rooms available?
No, we do not have family rooms or connecting rooms.
What room view options are available?
All rooms have garden views. Deluxe and King Suite rooms also offer pool views. Our King Suite offers a river view, which is partially obscured by the leaves during the summer months.
Is room service available? What are the hours?
Yes, our room service is available daily from 08:30 to 22:30 for food and from 08:30 to 24:00 for drinks.
Are special diet menus (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free) available?
No, they are not available.
Is it possible to bring outside food and beverages?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed due to food safety and unlicensed alcohol risks.
Is there a beach? Are sun loungers and towels provided?
Sun loungers are available by our outdoor pool, and towel service is provided.
Is there a fitness center?
No, there is none.
Are laundry and dry-cleaning services available?
No, they are not available.

How far is the nearest public transportation stop? How can we get there if we don't have a private vehicle?
Ağva–Üsküdar buses pass directly in front of the hotel.
What is your distance to the sea / town center / shopping mall?
We are 3 km away from the sea and town center. There is no shopping mall in Ağva.
Do you assist with taxi or car rental services?
We can call a taxi, but there are very few taxis in Ağva and they arrive in at least 30 minutes; there are no car rental companies in Ağva.
Do you provide technical equipment for corporate meetings?
Yes, our meeting room is fully equipped.
What is the capacity for outdoor events?
Maximum 50 people.
Can external event organizers be brought in?
Yes, external organizers are allowed.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
No, reception service is available from 09:00 to 24:00.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 11:00 for guests staying at our hotel.
Are outside visitors allowed?
Yes, visitors are allowed.

Is it possible to watch Netflix and similar streaming services?
Although our hotel has smart TVs, due to legal requirements for identity verification when connecting to the hotel internet, it is technically impossible to watch such programs. Our guests can watch their desired programs in our rooms with smart TVs using their own internet packages.
How are rooms heated in winter?
Our entire hotel is heated by a central natural gas heating system, and fireplaces in all rooms also contribute to heating, although it's worth considering the fireplaces as a visual experience. All rooms also have a central air conditioning system.
Is it possible to pay for reservations in installments?
Yes, installment payment options are created via links sent through Moka United or Nomupay payment systems. Any interest charges requested by the payment provider are borne by the payer.
Are marriage certificates requested?
No, However, by law, identification information must be provided upon check-in at the hot
Can we charge our electric vehicles at your hotel?
Unfortunately, no. Our hotel's existing electrical infrastructure is not sufficient for charging vehicles. Requests to charge with household extension cords are not accepted due to the risk of fire in the fuse box. Charging stations are available in the area.
