One of the most beloved dishes on our menu, our special sauce ribeye steak, is cooked slowly over low heat in a cast iron pot. As it cooks slowly, the meat absorbs its aroma, and its tender texture and intense flavor make it an indispensable part of our meals. Our other signature dish, Shashlik, is rested for at least 48 hours in our special sauce, the recipe of which is kept secret only by us.
