Our story began 25 years ago with a short weekend getaway from Istanbul to Doğa. On this journey, which we embarked on as İlknur and Haşim, a series of sweet coincidences led us to a hotel by the river at midnight. And thankfully so… because that night, we took the first step in a long-lasting adventure that began in Ağva.

We never looked back at our professional lives. We dedicated all our hearts and efforts to this place. Our culinary philosophy is very clear: to offer our guests natural, local, and high-quality products in their purest form. Seasonality is paramount in our kitchen; we carefully select each product in season. Our homemade jams, prepared according to the season, are an indispensable part of our breakfast. We want you to start your day with real flavors from nature.

For dinner, we let time heal the flavors. Our ribeye steak, cooked slowly in a cast iron pot with a special sauce, is among our most preferred dishes with its tender texture and intense aroma. We cook it patiently, wanting you to feel the difference in every bite. Our other signature dish, Shashlik, is rested for at least 48 hours in our special sauce, the recipe of which is kept secret only by us. The carefully marinated sirloin reaches a unique aroma and tenderness when cooked.
